Navigating the Healing Path Podcast
Welcome to Navigating the Healing Path Podcast with Maggie and Nicki! We are a spiritually based podcast that discusses navigating the healing path, while offering personal insights, experiences, and reflections of traversing our own internal journeys. Each week, we will be having conversations surrounding the foundational and supportive tools of healing, including meditation, self awareness, and spiritual connection. Our intention is to provide a point of connection with anyone and everyone who wishes to expand their own consciousness and break harmful generational cycles; to all those looking for messages of love, light, and hope, while figuring out this whole life on Earth thing. So if this feels like it’s for you, or it resonates on any level, then we’d be honored if you joined our healing, loving community.

Ouch, My Feelings! | NTHP EP 19
**Trigger Warning - There are allusions to, and old personal feelings of, suicide shared briefly in our conversation today.
In today’s healing conversation, Nicki and Maggie dive into their experiences of being highly sensitive, and empathic beings, in this often chaotic and insensitive world. Wielding this ability of deeply experiencing other peoples’ feelings, emotions, and energies can be quite the beautiful gift; like when we get to connect with others where they truly are, to feel what they feel with them, to hold that space and be a nurturing companion in the face of challenge or grief. Not to mention having the high sensitivity and openness to communicate with Spirit, which can be quite the helpful hand in life! But at other times, these gifts can feel like a curse to us; as they can make us prone to experiencing heavy codependence, fear of setting boundaries and putting ourselves first, not knowing what feelings, thoughts, and emotions might be our own or somebody else’s, and the list can go on. So if any of this resonates with you and your experiences, then tune in for a listen! You might just find yourself in good company.
